The Government supports this recommendation in principle and has published its response to all the recommendations in the Strategy.

<p>Undertake post-implementation reviews of recent transit-oriented development (TOD) opportunities. These reviews should:</p>
<ol style="list-style-type: lower-alpha;">
<li>Reflect international best practice, be independent and assess actual performance against appraisal, cost schedule and benefits.</li>
<li>Recommend changes to practices and policies to increase the effectiveness of TOD delivery.</li>
